Who We Are

We are a non-profit, community theater here in the Greater Cincinnati area.  We strive to reach a broad range of people by varying the kinds of shows we perform, and we take pride in welcoming aspiring local actors/actresses/directors/crew members with open arms! We want to appeal to families with shows like, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and Shrek! The Musical. We have shows that cater to youth performers like Mulan jr., Jungle Book kids and Once on this Island jr., and we also enjoy performing shows that appeal to a more mature audience: like Clue, Sweeney Todd, Young Frankenstein and Spring Awakening. We like to offer something a little different, in sometimes presenting shows with gender-reversed casting, double casting, original scripts, and cabaret-style performances.  Whatever your theatrical tastes, we know you will find yours at one of our many quality productions!

Important Policies/Procedures​

1. Children 3 and under will be required to sit on a lap if there is not enough seating for those who paid for tickets.
2. Refunds will not be given for unused tickets.
3. For a sold-out performance, tickets not claimed by the start of the show, may be released to those guests buying at the door
4. Contact Queen City Productions directly if you need to switch the date of tickets already purchased.
5. Accommodations will be made based on ticket availability
6. No alcohol may be brought in and drugs are not permitted anywhere on the  premises
7. Casual dress is welcomed, and show-themed costumes are encouraged! ;)

Our History

We began in December of 2009 with our first ever performance in our cabaret series, "A Little Bit of Broadway." Other titles in our, "A Little Bit of Broadway," series included "Classic Composers," "Broadway Through Time," "Broadway in Love," Broadway is Life," and coming in Spring of 2021, "Broadway is Change."
We have also produced an original production called, "If You Can Dream," and work-shopped an original production called, "The Last Prince."
One thing we pride ourselves on is being a teaching theater company as well. Some of our past jr shows include; Beauty and the Beast, Annie, The Little Mermaid, Once on this Island, The Jungle Book, Mulan and jr. cast productions of Clue and Spelling Bee.
Other past productions include; The Wizard of OZ, Seussical, Footloose, Clue, Tarzan, Into the Woods, Shrek, Beauty and the Beast, Once on this Island, Spelling Bee, Oliver, Spring Awakening, Titanic: The Musical, Rock of Ages, Sweeney Todd, The Addams Family Musical... and the regional premieres of The Little Mermaid jr. and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
